For the first use, I put it in charge for 6 hours, after that I no longer need that, just 2-3 hours is goof for days using

You would only leak if the other breast is too full. The same thing happens while breastfeeding, you leak if the other breast is too full.
3. Would a spectrum or may mom bottle work with this?
They are close in size for the mam and spectra but I never tried to fit them
